If it works fine in safe mode, it’s an unloaded driver that’s causing the problem during actual boot. Is Windows up to date?

Have you installed MyASUS and Armorycrate ??
In BIOS, disable ASUS Fast Boot
In Windows, turn off fast startup: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-windows-10-fast-startup
No mention of Ram’s speed. Note: The maximum Ram speed for your Ryzen 7 5800x is: up to 3200MHz

If you are still having problems after doing any of the above, please: do this to see if it fixes a problem (always note the save and restore points): From the keyboard press the key Windows and the X key and choose Powershell (Admin) WHERE for a DOS command prompt from START | type cmd.exe in the startup search box | Right click on cmd.exe | select “Execute as administrator“then Copy / Paste ->:
DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth command then Enter
if it has problems, restart. (Completed Successfully: means restart)

After: please Open another administrative command prompt and please run Copy / Paste -> SFC / SCANNOW in the Dos or Powershell window and Enter. Restart after.
The 1st goes back to Microsoft for new files if there are any that are corrupted. The 2nd will then check itself and update automatically and fix any issues if found.
NOTE: Run DISM, Reboot, Run SFC, Reboot and TEST
to see if you have to do the rest,
